Singularity capital is the private equity investment sector of Singularity Holdings. With the mission of "promoting science and technology with investment and changing life with science and technology", Singularity capital takes growth investment and M & A investment as its main business, closely focuses on the development of science and technology, especially hard science and technology, and searches growth investment opportunities of high-tech enterprises in the five fields of industrial technology, information technology, biotechnology, new energy and new materials, as well as the merger and reorganization opportunities brought by the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises and the adjustment of industrial structure. As of April 2021, the management investment scale was nearly 20 billion RMB.

Singularity capital,and the fund management company established by the Beijing State-owned Assets Platform and the holding enterprises under the Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, focuses on the equity investment of scientific and technological projects in the growth and mature stage.
Development History
  • Establishment of the company

     Singularity Capital was established in Beijing in March 2015, mainly engaged in private equity investment.

  • Participation in ministerial funds

    in June 2015, Singularity Capital strategically invested in China Railway Development Fund, became its fifth largest shareholder and the only market-oriented shareholder.

  • Participation in the mixed reform project of state-owned enterprises

    in 2015, Singularity capital strategically invested in China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holding Co., Ltd. to help it IPO in December of that year, and the overall management scale exceeded 5 billion.

  • Connecting with the international market

    in 2015, Singularity capital, together with the first China- US joint venture listed company for blood products, 100% wholly-owned acquired BPL, the global leading enterprise of blood products.

  • Listing on the Science and Innovation Board

    in March 2018, Singularity capital invested in Haier biology and became its second largest shareholder. In October 2019, Haier Biology (688139. SH) successfully landed on the science and innovation board.

  • Establishment of science and Technology Investment Fund

     the fund focuses on science and information technology and high-end manufacturing enterprises characterized by "independent, controllable, safe and reliable", and focuses on equity investment in projects in growth and maturity. So far, the cumulative management scale is nearly 20 billion RMB.
